Role: Freelance Administrative Assistant
I am looking for a junior administrative assistant to help me stay organized, on top of my schedule, and supported day to day. This role is about creating clarity, structure, and flow so I can focus on creative, strategic, and client-facing work. You will support scheduling, coordination, and basic operations across my projects.
This is a hands on role, ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, reliable, and eager to learn while working closely with a founder.
Responsibilities
• Manage my calendar, schedule calls, sessions, meetings, and basic travel related items
• Help organize inboxes and flag important emails
• Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities across projects
• Prepare simple agendas, notes, and follow ups
• Organize documents, folders, links, and shared resources
• Support basic website updates or content changes
• Help plan weekly priorities and keep things moving
• Provide general admin support as needed
Multi brand coordination
You will support and help coordinate across three interconnected brands:
• Personal brand
Support scheduling, communications, content coordination, and day to day organization.
• Life Force Academy
An energy and spiritual education brand. You will help coordinate sessions, trainings, retreats, and related communications.
• Tech startup launching in early 2026
An AI driven company. You will support scheduling, documentation, and basic internal coordination as the company prepares to launch and grow.
You do not need prior experience in all three areas. What matters is your ability to stay organized, follow clear instructions, and keep track of details across different projects.
Requirements
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Clear written communication skills
• Comfortable using calendars, email, and task management tools
• Reliable, consistent, and proactive
• Able to follow processes and ask questions when unsure
• Comfortable working independently once trained
We will speak in spanish during our meetings but all the content you will be coordinating will be in english.
Nice to have
• Previous experience as an admin, assistant, or coordinator
• Familiarity with website editors like WordPress, or Squarespace
• Interest in the spiritual, wellness, creative, or tech space
• Curiosity about AI tools for productivity and organization
